Following follow up
DVR refuses to schedule appointment by email, despite my telling them I cannot hear over the phone. Yes Tim could call them for me, or I could try again, but it's the princible of the thing. I don't think requesting to do business over email is unreasonable.

Hell, I totally prefer to do business over email. Then there's an "electronic paper trail" afterward. Phones = necessary evil.
